Manage Your Tinsel Pay Account

Seasonal Hold

We understand that many of the businesses that use Tinsel CRM are seasonal, and therefore, will not be processing card or ACH payments for a portion of the year. With that in mind, please see below for the instructions to place your account on a seasonal hold.

Note: Your account can only be on a seasonal hold for up to 6 months. If the account is not reopened within that time frame the merchant will have to submit a new application.

  1. Download and fill out this form: https://support.tinselcrm.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/08/Cliq-Account-Cancellation-v4.0.pdf
  2. Email the completed form to: merchantsupport@cliq.com

Close

If you would like to close your Tinsel Pay account, please follow the steps above but select a different option under “Reason for Cancellation”.
