Adding a Scheduled Project

Prerequisite: A proposal has been accepted and the schedule queue install and removal items have been auto-generated.

  1. Go to the Schedule Overview page.
  2. Locate the appropriate queue, find the project that you want to schedule, and click the clock button to present the Schedule Item modal.
  3. Choose whether or not to generate a second invoice for the remainder of the accepted proposal price.
  4. Set the schedule date.
  5. Optionally assign users.
  6. Optionally add notes.
  7. Click the Schedule button.

Removing a Scheduled Project

  1. Go to the Schedule Overview page.
  2. Locate the scheduled project and click on it.
  3. Click the Unschedule button.

Editing a Scheduled Project

  1. Go to the Schedule Overview page.
  2. Locate the scheduled project and click on it.
  3. Edit as needed.
  4. Click the Save button.
