How to update Inventory Stock Current Levels
When feature items are “pulled from inventory” in the Inventory Prep stage, Stock Levels are automatically updated. However, sometimes we need to manually update or adjust our Stock Levels. This can be for a few reasons, such as getting a delivery of new products in, or just doing inventory counts.
We can manually adjust our Stock Levels in two different ways:
- One at a time on the Inventory Page
- By uploading a CSV file with the new Stock Levels.
To manually adjust Stock Levels in the Inventory Page:
- Navigate to the Inventory Page by clicking “Inventory” on the navigation bar.
- Find the item for which you need to adjust the stock.
- Locate the column labeled “Stock Current Level”
- For each item, you will see a “-” button and “+” button, .
- To add to the current stock level:
- Click the “+” button,
- Enter the amount you would like to add to the current Stock Level
- Click the White button with the green check mark, .
- You have just added to the current stock level.
- To subtract from the current stock level:
- Click the “-” button,
- Enter the amount you would like to subtract from the current Stock Level
- Click the White button with the green check mark, .
- You have just subtracted from the current stock level.
