How to Request Reviews from Clients
Reviews are important for any business. They can help your business appear at the top of the search results. Consider sending your client an email to request a review. Here’s how to do that.
To send your client a Review request email:
- Navigate to the Project page one of two ways:
- From the “Projects” Page
- Navigate to the Projects Page in your navigation bar
- Select the project for which you want to request a review.
- From the Client Page
- Navigate to the Clients Page in your navigation bar
- Select the client that owns the project for which you want to request a review..
- Scroll down and select the Projects tab.
- Select the project for which you want to request a review.
- From the “Projects” Page
- Select the “Reviews” tab in the Pipeline (about halfway down the page).
- NOTE: You must be in the “Review” stage in order to click on it.
- You should now see a gray send button, .
- Click on the send button and a pop-up window will appear.
- Fill in the details:
- To: (NOTE: This will default to the Primary Contact. You can always add more).
- CC:
- Subject
- Body (NOTE: You can create or edit a template for this in the settings. To learn how to do that, click here.)
- Click the green Send button, , to send the Review Request.
- Now your clients can review your service!
NOTE: If you have already sent a review request, it will show up in your “History” in the bottom of the pop-up window.
