Crew Management

Creating a crew

  • On the schedule page click the “Crew Manager” section
  • Click the “New” button and input the crew name and choose a color for identification
  • After creating a crew, click it on the crew box to add and remove members.
  • To add a member select the name on the “Employees not on crew” box and click the “Add to crew” button.
  • You can also remove an employee from the crew by selecting the employee and click the “Remove from crew” button.
  • Click the “Save changes” button in order apply changes

Scheduling A Crew

  • On the installation pop up select a crew from the installation tab and click the save button to apply

Archiving Crews

  • Click the trash icon on the crew list
  • You have three choices for crew archiving crews:
    • Archive crew and un-schedule project – Selecting this would place the project back to the installation queue.
    • Keep Projects Scheduled & Remove This Crew from These Projects – Selecting this would retain the proposal on the scheduled date but removes the crew assigned to it.
    • Replace Crew on These Projects with Another Crew – You can select a crew that will replace the crew you want to archive. If the crew has multiple project you can individually select a replacement crew for each project
  • You can view the archive crew by clicking the “Show Archived Crews” toggle button
