Creating Checklist items for the Bases stage
The Bases stage gets its name from the term “Covering Your Bases”. A day or two after installation is complete, it is always a great idea to reach out to the client to check-in. In this case, being proactive is better than being reactive.
There are two types of Bases checklist items:
- Global
- Create these in your settings, and they will show up on every project.
- Some Global Bases checklist items could be:
- “Is your timer set to the correct times?”
- “Was the crew polite and helpful?”
- “Is everything still working properly? Do we need to schedule any maintenance?”
- Per-Client
- Create these within a project and it will only show up for this project. Use these for things that are specific to this project or client.
- Some Per-Client Bases checklist items could be:
- “Client gutter was very loose. Be sure to tell them about it.”
- [IF you also offer softwashing] “We noticed you have a lot of moss growing on the side of your home. Would you like us to get you a free quote on a housewash?”
