Creating Checklist items for the Bases stage

The Bases stage gets its name from the term “Covering Your Bases”. A day or two after installation is complete, it is always a great idea to reach out to the client to check-in. In this case, being proactive is better than being reactive.

There are two types of Bases checklist items:

  1. Global
    1. Create these in your settings, and they will show up on every project.
    2. Some Global Bases checklist items could be:
      1. “Is your timer set to the correct times?”
      2. “Was the crew polite and helpful?”
      3. “Is everything still working properly? Do we need to schedule any maintenance?”
  2. Per-Client
    1. Create these within a project and it will only show up for this project. Use these for things that are specific to this project or client.
    2. Some Per-Client Bases checklist items could be:
      1. “Client gutter was very loose. Be sure to tell them about it.”
      2. [IF you also offer softwashing] “We noticed you have a lot of moss growing on the side of your home. Would you like us to get you a free quote on a housewash?”
