Adding Notes to a Client or Project
You can add Notes to a Client or Project one of three ways:
- From the Client Profile Page
- Navigate to a Client’s profile by clicking “Clients” (from the navigation bar) > Click your client
- Locate the Notes Panel
- Click the green button with the white + Symbol .
- Enter a title for the note.
- Enter the details for the note.
- Click Save.
- From the Project Page
- Navigate to the project page one of two ways:
- From the Projects Page
- Navigate to the Projects Page in your navigation bar
- Select the project for which you want to create a note.
- From the Client Page
- Navigate to the Client Page in your navigation bar
- Select the client that owns the project for which you want to create a new proposal
- Scroll down and select the Projects tab.
- Select the project for which you want to create a note.
- From the Projects Page
- Locate the Notes Panel
- Click the green button with the white + Symbol .
- Enter a title for the note.
- Enter the details for the note.
- Click Save.
- Navigate to the project page one of two ways:
- From the Employee Portal
- In the Employee Portal, navigate to the project one of two ways:
- From the schedule, click on a project, OR
- In the project tab, click on a project.
- Locate the Notes Panel
- Click the green button with the white + Symbol .
- Enter a title for the note.
- Enter the details for the note.
- Click Save.
- In the Employee Portal, navigate to the project one of two ways:
