Adding Notes to a Client or Project


You can add Notes to a Client or Project one of three ways:

  1. From the Client Profile Page
    1. Navigate to a Client’s profile by clicking “Clients” (from the navigation bar) > Click your client
    2. Locate the Notes Panel
    3. Click the green button with the white + Symbol .
    4. Enter a title for the note.
    5. Enter the details for the note.
    6. Click Save.
  2. From the Project Page
    1. Navigate to the project page one of two ways:
      1. From the Projects Page
        1. Navigate to the Projects Page in your navigation bar
        2. Select the project for which you want to create a note.
      2. From the Client Page
        1. Navigate to the Client Page in your navigation bar
        2. Select the client that owns the project for which you want to create a new proposal
        3. Scroll down and select the Projects tab.
        4. Select the project for which you want to create a note.
    2. Locate the Notes Panel
    3. Click the green button with the white + Symbol .
    4. Enter a title for the note.
    5. Enter the details for the note.
    6. Click Save.
  3. From the Employee Portal
    1. In the Employee Portal, navigate to the project one of two ways:
      1. From the schedule, click on a project, OR
      2. In the project tab, click on a project.
    2. Locate the Notes Panel
    3. Click the green button with the white + Symbol .
    4. Enter a title for the note.
    5. Enter the details for the note.
    6. Click Save.
